THERE ARE 8 STEPS FOR US TO COMPLETE A TASK

• Step1. Understand buying requirements

When an enquiry is received, we will do research and make sure buyer's requirements are clearly understood, including product specifications, quality level, certifications, packages, etc.

• Step 2. Source products / suppliers

Find qualified products with the best prices and find the right supplier for the buyer. 

• Step 3. Present multiple options 

3-5 different offers will be presented to the buyer with our recommendations & comments. 

• Step 4. Collect samples

We will collect samples from the selected suppliers and send to the buyer for quality checking. 

• Step 5. Arrange orders

When the buyer choose the supplier, we will place the order, arrange payments and follow up the order all the way. 

• Step 6. Quality Inspection

When an order production is finished, we will make site inspection or photo inspection and make sure everything is done correctly. Mass production samples can be sent to the buyer for final approval if necessary. 

• Step 7. Logisitcs services

We have long term cooperated forwarders for air and ocean shipping which can help the buyer to handle the shipment. 

• Step 8. After sales services or other services

Finishing an order does not mean the end of our service. We will continue following up the selling of the products and keep the buyer updated with the new offers or market information.
